We want you to love your tablecloth as much as we loved creating it.

If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be returned in original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thegildedgrasshopper.com with your order number.

Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

A Note on Made-to-Order & Small Batch Pieces

Because many of our pieces are made in small batches, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original form of payment.
